A Bookmark for All of Those Spookable Reads...

Tomorrow I go pumpkin picking with my husband up in Germantown, Maryland at my favorite farm Butler's Orchard.  We always make a plan to get just 2 pumpkins - one for carving and one for turning into something delicious.  The plan never works.  There are just way too many cool pumpkins in all shapes, colors, and varieties to pick just two.  Besides, they've been picked so someone has to take them all home right?  It's just one of many traditions Steve and I have gotten into a routine of doing each Fall.

Other "Fall Routines" have to include the regular pilgrimage to Starbucks for a grande Pumpkin Spice Latte and Caramel Apple Cider (BTW - it's a YES on the whip), baking apple crumble using apples we've picked, visiting Mount Vernon to view the yearly Fall Change of Color, pulling out those cute scarves and hats, and the witchy book or two that haunt my night stand.
